We had a fantastic lunch at 'La Parrina' one day: a simple fusilli al sugo. All their own ingredients with a hint of chilli.....fantastic.
On another sunny afternoon, we visited pretty Porto Ecole.
We climbed up and up through the old town right to the top of the old city walls (see below) to see the view....
A summer tourist destination, it was pretty much deserted at this time of the year. We wandered down to the port and around the boats, skipped stones on the beach and stopped for a drink in a bar once it had got dark. Cas managed to leave behind his new scarf...
